The sanctuary Notre-Dame des Fontaines was built according to a rectangular plan.

The chapel is equipped with a square choir with a flat apse followed by a sacristy.

The nave, which was initially covered with a panelled frame, presents a larger volume than that of the other chapels of the region (13 metres long and 7,20 metres wide).
